Cancellation policy:

Should you need to cancel or reschedule a spa service, please notify us by phone or email. At least 24 hrs in advance. Any cancellations with less than 24 hr notice are subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the services performed and 100% for a no show. In order to reserve a spa appointment we must have a credit card or gift card on file.

Return Policy:

Unused Retail products  may only be exchanged for another product within 14 days of purchase. Defective items may only be exchanged if they are more than halfway full.
