Cancellation policy:

Should you need to cancel or reschedule a spa service, please notify us by phone or email. At least 24 hrs in advance. Any cancellations with less than 24 hr notice are subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the services performed and 100% for a no show. In order to reserve a spa appointment, we must have a credit card or gift card on file.

Service Refund Policy:

The salon is home to both commission-based stylist and independent professionals.

* Commission stylists are employees of The French Door Salon & Spa, adjustments or concerns regarding their services should be directed to salon management within 7 days of your appointment.

*Independent stylists operate their own business within our space. Any service-related concerns, adjustments, or refunds for these stylists must be handled directly with them.

We always strive to ensure every guest leaves feeling beautiful and satisfied, and we're happy to assist in connecting with your stylist to find the best resolution.

Retail Return Policy:

Unused Retail products may only be exchanged for another product within 14 days of purchase. Defective items may only be exchanged if they are more than halfway full.
