Should you need to cancel or reschedule a spa service, please notify us by phone or email. At least 48hrs in advance. Any cancellations with less than 48 hr notice are subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the services performed and 100% for a no show. In order to reserve a spa appointment we must have a credit card or gift card on file.
