This classic massage is primarily for relaxation. Long, gliding strokes are used to increase circulation, ease muscle tension and relieve stress. Perfect for first time massages.
Deep Tissue
Half Hour $60, 1 Hour $95, 1.5 Hours $135, 2 Hours $175
This massage is for clients who prefer treatment centered therapy, as opposed to general relaxation. Each Layer of muscle is worked to release toxins and chronic holding patterns. This massage can ride the edge of pain for some clients.
Hot Rock Massage
1 Hour $90, 1.5 Hours $135, 2 Hours $165
A combination of oils and heated stones emit heat deep into muscle and tissue to provide relaxation and stress relief.
Foot Massage; Half Hour $50
Just like your neck, back, and shoulders, your feet can also benefit from a massage. Foot massage improves circulation, stimulation muscles, reduces tension, and often eases pain.
TMJ Massage; Half Hour $50
Temporomandibular Joint Treatment involves evaluating systems (i.e., severe headaches, painful joint popping) and creating sessions that methodically reduces pain and tension in order to promote healing. (Does not replace dentistry or the need for teeth bite adjustment).
Reflexology; 45 Min. $65
Zone Therapy designed to improve gland, organ, and system function, while promoting a response from the soft tissue stimulated through the nervous system and the meridians.
Lymphatic Massage; One Hour $80
A focused approach that emphasis on the lymphatic/immune system, aiming to help the body maintain proper blood circulation, body fluid balance, immune functions, while engaging with light massage strokes that encourages lymph flow within the body.
Sports Massage; One Hour $90, 1.5 Hour $120
A massage combining elements of Swedish/Deep Tissue, joint mobility, range of motion techniques and stretching. Excellent for pre/post events. Promotes faster recovery time for injured tissue and improves performance. *Please bring a pair of gym shorts.
Pre-Natal Massage
1 Hour $85
This relaxation massage is designed to accommodate the special needs of expectant mothers.
Chair Massage; Hour Half $45
Seated fully clothed in a portable specially designed chair. Involves a massage of your neck, shoulders, back, arms, and hands.
Cancellation policy:
Should you need to cancel or reschedule a spa service, please notify us by phone or email. At least 24 hrs in advance. Any cancellations with less than 24 hr notice are subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the services performed and 100% for a no show. In order to reserve a spa appointment we must have a credit card or gift card on file.
